Please call 61 at least 24 hours in advance to reserve a wheelchair equipped bus for your desired route. Wheelchair Lift-Equipped Buses – Casino buses with wheelchair lifts are available upon request and are subject to availability.
Neither Sycuan Casino nor the bus company is responsible for customer vehicles left at the pick-up locations, or for providing alternate transportation to anyone missing a scheduled departure time. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and there is no reserved seating. Food or beverages, excluding bottled water, are not allowed on the bus. Sycuan Casino team members have priority seating. Must be 21 years of age or older to ride on bus. Travel time to Sycuan Casino is approximately 40 minutes. Please check our Service Update page for updates on when modified schedules are in use. At Plaza Bonita, Sycuan shuttles pick up in the Plaza Bonita parking lot near the northeast Plaza entrance. First Arrival Stop at Ameristar, then 10 minutes through 7 more casino stops ending at Grand Z in Central City.
